Leaders of our recently ramped up Association of Gun Violence Reporters will hold two events in New Orleans this Friday, June 20 at IRE 25, the national conference of Investigative Reporters and Editors.
• From 12:30 to 2 p.m. local time, the AGVR team be available for a “brown bag” lunch session in Studio 4 on the 2nd floor.
• From 3:45 to 4:45 p.m. local time, AGVR co-director Abené Clayton and west coast chapter leader Alain Stephens will lead a panel titled: “Gun violence reporting in the Trump era” in Balcony M on the 4th floor
